I see this when logging in, and once the screen goes to the "loading map" black screen, it'll just crash and not open. Happens continually and *sometimes* will load me into the game, but now its just not loading me in at all.

 

I've tried redownloading the game from a different source on the download page and still get the same error.

Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. This is a known bug, for which a fix is being worked on.

In the meantime, there is a workaround: muting all the sound of the game in the Options should allow you to play the game normally until the issue is fixed.

 

Can you please try it and confirm if it worked?

Confirmed that this fixed my issue. Tried multiple times with and without mute, and that seems to be a 100% fix at this moment. Thank you @Caelestya
