After rescuing Peeko, I never received the Devon Goods in my Key Items. I battled Kevin, but Mr. Stone still does not give me the Letter. The quest is stuck and I can't proceed. Please help.

Im sorry you're having an issue with your Hoenn story. 

 

After rescuing Peeko, did you talk again to the Devon assistant outside of the Rustboro gym? I believe you need to talk to this NPC, who will then tell you to go talk to Mr. Stone. 

 

Please let me know if doing that solves your issue.
