Abilities that can absorb moves like Flash Fire, Water Absorb, Wind Rider etc. have the effect in common to make the moves they can absorb never miss when directed against them.

 

It means that with your Flash Fire example, since Magma Storm is a Fire-type move and an opposing Fire-type move landing on you is the condition to trigger Flash Fire, Flash Fire makes it so none of your Magma Storms will miss.
