Was playing pro went afk to run to the store got back on about 45 minutes later and my "All" chat tab was missing and will come back 

 

*FIX* type in chat /cgjoin All then click the wrench and uncheck all chats close the menu then reopen the wrench menu and recheck all chats doing so will pin the All chat back as the first chat

Fixed the issue

You may have made All chat tab disappear, but we can get it back!

 

You can only have 6 channel tabs available, Local + 5 specific channels.

 

To get All Chat channel back, click on the wrench icon in the bottom right corner. This brings up the Chat Channels. You'll need to remove one of them by pressing the red "X". This will remove you from one of those channels. Then, pressing the wrench icon again, click on the "Create/Join" button. Type in "All", and click okay. 

 

Now you should be able to see the All chat channel.
