i dont know why it wont let me in this time and saying "something not quite right in there ... i cant let u inside , its too dangerous

Hello @Hasanchucha

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Heatran quest, hopefully we can get this sorted out.

A few months ago, changes were made to the requirements for many legendary quests. It's possible these changes may have effected your ability to continue the quest. Previously that quote applied to players who didn't meet the required 150 hours of Sinnoh gameplay, but that should no longer apply here.

Just to make sure, you have all non-legendary caught data for the Gen 4 Pokemon (Sinnoh) and are the Sinnoh region Champion? And you're only trying to enter with a single Pokemon at level 60 or less?

yes i have seen all the non-legendary pokemon of sinnoh expect - arceus, dialga, palkia and shaymin. but as u said i dont need non- legendary data as u said above.

and the second question is that if i am a sinnoh champion or not,  so i am a sinnoh champion completes more than 700+hrs

and last this is the pokemon i am trying to take with me Screenshot2025-08-13154107.jpg.328a97565e6dab3202286a00b14a39d9.jpg

Yes, I believe this is the root cause of your issue.

For some of the legendary quests, a requirement is to have all the caught data for the Pokemon in that region, with the exception of legendries themselves (those require seen data, not caught data). Like for the Legendary Birds quest, you would need to have caught all of the regular Kanto Pokemon, as well as have fought the legendries to gain their Pokedex seen data. For caught data, you will have to have owned the Pokemon, either from catching it or from evolving (like your Servine in the image above). You can tell if you have the caught data of a Pokemon by seeing if its dex entry has the PokeBall icon on it (like Rotom or Snivy in your image above).

For the Heatran quest, the requirement is to have the catch data for all non legendary Pokemon of the Sinnoh Region (Generation 4). The Gen4 dex ranges from numbers 387 to 493. You will need to obtain those missing Pokemon in that range from either catching or evolving.

While this is probably not the exact answer you wanted, it should give you all the information you need to meet the requirements for the quest.
