I lost my headbutt ability on my pokemon?

Checked my money and if the Pokemon (Horsea) still had it

Description and Message

I taught my Horsea headbutt thinking I could use it on the trees but I couldn't because I don't have the required badges I think it said. Anyways shortly after attempting to headbutt the tree with my Horsea I went afk, and when I came back I saw myself logged out and when I log back in I no longer have a Horsea that knows headbutt and im short 2000 dollars.

 

I recently joined this game and would like this issue resolved, thanks!

From the looks of it, you encountered a rollback. The server must've gone down and you lost progress. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to remedy this situation because the server never saved your progress.
