I'm trying to surf on Love Island, but I get a system error that I need to have the Balance Badge before I can surf in Hoenn.

I write you for the 3eme time, I always have this miserable bug which prevents me of moved forward on the road 35 - 36 the path(way) right for advanced, impossible of collected also the pokeball of this sector. I uninstalled the installed(settled) game(set,play), similar, I have even to create a new impossible account of this connected if to settle(adjust) me to you not this concerns(marigolds) quickly, I really stop playing your game(set,play) because I cannot move forward in the adventure.
