Description and Message

When ever i try to use the move Thunder Wave on Giovanni's MewTwo i get 1 hit and whenever i use ThunderBolt I survive on low health, this happens everytime without fail. Why? (The pokemon i'm using is a lvl 93 Magneton)

Hi, I will recommend you using magnemite with sturdy ability and then using thunderwave. After using other pokemon and get kill Mewtwo
