I have a problem to finish the transport quest of the hoenn region, I finished the 3 pcs of the quest, but Wally does not appear as in the tutorials I saw, I ran again through all the cities in the region and in none of them did he appear could you help me please?

I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the Hoenn Transporter quest. Let's try to get this solved for you!

 

Can you please confirm that you received a notification after restoring the 3rd PC?

 

If you restored the 3 PCs and received the notification "An ominous presence arrives on the scene...", did you leave the Transporter?

 

If you travel to New Mauville and talk with the NPC Wattson, what does he say?

 

If he hasn't re-stabilized the power plant, you may need to re-check all PCs and see if you can again restore the 3 PCs.
