World quest bug

Hello,

I have completed the World Quest in Pokemon Revolution Online, but I did not receive the expected Legendary Pokémon reward.i have regirock need regice or registeel

I think I may know the cause of this issue. I previously had one of the  regirock Pokémon, but it was deleted and later restored with your support. Since then, the World Quest no longer gives me any regi Pokémon as a reward.

Could you please look into this problem and help me resolve it?

I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties in obtaining the legendary Pokémon you seek. Lets try to solve this issue!

 

When you traveled to Birth Island, did you encounter a Legendary Pokémon, or was it Pseudo-Legendary?

First, I'm going to ask you to release the Salamence you just received from Birth Island. 

 

Once that is done, please let me know. We will then refund your Mysterious Ticket. 

 

After that, we'll have you travel again to Birth Island. You should then be able to encounter either Regice or Registeel.

 

Please let me know once you've released the Salamence

Okay, you're ticket has been refunded. When ready, please try Birth Island again, and let me know that you are able to encounter either Regice or Registeel
