so i was battling and i read the rules again and again a lot , in rules they say that Protean greninja is banned but i show my oppo use it ??
is it really banned or not??

And at last if protean greninja is allowed , does the battlebond is allowed too?? tell me as quick as u can please

Prot greninja is accepted 

only BattleBond is banned until october iirc
