Hey there, Jokerhax. I'm really sorry to hear about this issue. Even with the included screenshot, we will not be able to reset this NPC. I know this isn't the answer that you're looking for, but please remember that this is a fan-made game, crashes do occur, and progress may be lost during cases such as this.
