No it's not possible, just the clothes/hat

You Can not Change hair/skin colors , but you can buy Cloths/hats from Coins shop or from other players, also Some hats/cloths from Lavender town / ecutreak city (same stuff) and you can also buy mounts , from coin shop or you can buy them from other players only tradable mounts arcanine , dodrio , lapras(surf). :Grin:

 

 

At the moment you can't change the looks of your charakter. However I read in another topic that the staff thinks about including this feature in the future. So sooner or later you might be able to change your looks.

Maybe it will come in the updates after Hoenn release. But yes they plan to. (let's hope it would be soon.) :Grin:
