My login credentials work on Silver but not on Gold

When I go to login on the Gold server I get an error that it's invalid, what have I done? I was able to successfully swap my data between servers but that doesn't solve my overall issue.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems playing on the Gold server. 

 

As you are able to log in to the Silver server, are you able to log out of Silver and try to log in to the Gold server without typing in your password? If that still gives you an error, can you please take a screenshot of the problem?

 

It looks like you have been able to log in to Gold in the past, with the last log in dated in 2021, so the account should be accessible.

I have successfully logged into the Silver server, then logged out and tried to log into Gold without retyping anything, and it still did not work, this is the screenshot:

Thank you for the screenshot. I haven't seen this issue before, so I will discuss it with other members of Staff to see if we can get this figured out for you. 

 

The good news is that you seem to be able to play on Silver in the meantime while we get this sorted. Hopefully we can get you on Gold soon enough as well.

After consulting with several members of staff, we believe the issue may lie from merging the servers, being unable to login, and then transferring. 

 

The recommendation is for you to reset your account password and try again, making sure to check if you have any issues with the 2FA verification process.

I tried to update my password but that is giving me an error that my old password is incorrect. I then go and manually type it in to log in to the Silver surfer multiple times, and then try it again and still get the same error when trying to update the password:
