General Support is not really for trading. You can find the correct trading channels on our forums here. The evolution item UpGrade can also be obtained from the trash can bin in the south-west corner of Silph Co 2F, or as a potential reward from defeating the boss Terminator. Additionally, you can purchase it from Historical Site for 500 artifacts (if you do Excavation), or for 50 PvE Coins from any of the PvE Coin Masters (found at every Department Store).
