The bug has been fixed. I was able to beat Red again and could go to Trainers Valley after.

Strangely, I can't go, I already beat Red twice and couldnt go to TV :/

 

I can be wrong, but I thought there were number requirements only to Love Island, no?

check a Walktrought to make sure everything is right :) if TV is fixed then a requirment
