On which server issue happened: RED

What have you done before the problem was there?

I played once for a couple minutes. Nothing changed in the time I was kicked off the server, to when I re-opened the application.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried reinstalling the download, I made sure it wasn't being blocked by my anti-virus, and have tried restarting my computer. It let me play once, and then I was kicked off the server, and then I closed the program because it wasn't able to log me back in. Now when I try to open the download after extracting it just brings me to a black screen and nothing happens.

Open the task manager and see if the program is responding. If it isn't try reinstalling the game properly by deleting all files and running CCleaner.

If the game is responding correctly try updating all the drivers on your PC. You could also run the program as an administrator and see if that works.
