I used Max repel in rock tunnel 1, to do dig spots fast, and while walking I encountered zubat, then rattata and they keep on fighting me.

I had Ralts with Synchro ability at the lead of my team, but when I changed to jolteon they stopped spawning

Hello Kurushiimohamed,

 

your first pokemon has to be a higher Level (Probably Speed aswell) than the wild pokemons you encounter. Then the repel should work. :)

Could you screenshot the chat section where it says that you used a repel while fighting a wild pokemon? Because I don't think anyone will help you without because they might think you simply forgot to activate it or something like this.
