Exactly how rare is Linoone?

I've looked up the only few guides there are for this game and uh, they're not always trustworthy and up to date.

So.. Community, how rare is a Linoone with Pickup?

And does the rarity matter overall or does the map it spawn it change the rarity at all?

 

Im not asking to buy one because i don't have 4 badges yet.

Otherwise i prolly wouldn't be here asking dumb questions..

 

In fact, where is the best place to hunt one?

I've been in route 4 for a while and the Arbok and Ekans are annoying jesus christ.

Linoone is just rare, and pickup isnt hidden ablity so you can find it with pickup like 45% chance for it.

Now either this is way off or ive been looking in the wrong place the whole time.

Where does it spawn? Since i don't have it in my pokedex.

You can check spawn guide i found mine on route 4 im not sure if its still there or not .

I've been sitting in route 4 for over 2 days. I have a strong suspicion it moved then.
