Also @Titaniaplayz, I understand that you're attempting to be humorous, but please refrain from promoting behavior like this. 

 

In conclusion, as Eaty clearly states in his previous response, this suggestion does not significantly contribute to solving the problem you are facing. It would be far more effective to utilize the Ignore system within the game and report any unacceptable behavior when it occurs.
