Good evening,

 

As of today, I tried to teach an Annihilape Drain Punch via the dedicated TM Tutor, but a message pops up and reads that it cannot learn the move.

 

It seems that Drain Punch can be taught to Annihilape according to Smogon and others.

 

Is this a bug or an intended feature ?

Hello there @Pandazion This is not a bug and is indeed, an intended mechanic. Annihilape does learn Drain Punch, but only via the TM and not from a tutor. The TM Drain Punch can be purchased from Veilstone Gym for 8000 Pokedollars.
