Hello I have 544 seen ; 288 caught ; 88 envolved ; 146 pokemon native to the Kanto region, ive seen all the birds and mewtwo but cant get the map. Oak Tells im a PRO and the old man in celador don’t give it to me. Please help

Do  you have seen data of all kanto pokemons except mew?

Just Got the map. I thought that first battle with giovanni before e4 kanto was okay to register  mewtwo. But i had to fight with him again at cerulean cave 3rd Floor. Thanks 👊🏼
