I have 5 locked iv reroll tickets and im wondering if i buy 5 normal ones will i be able to double iv reroll x10?
Does it matter if they are locked? if so what does it consume first?

No you will not get double reroll with locked iv reroll.

    Hello there @Trelos11. As @Nimn1mhas already stated, Locked-IV Rerolls aren't eligible for the Double Reroll Service offered by Psychic Marina. This service can only be used with regular IV Reroll Tickets (Soul-Bound, Untradeable Rerolls are also not eligible), which can be bought for 150 PvP coins or 250 PvE coins from their respective shops and can be traded from player to player.
