Stone axe does not always lay stones

I have had this issue atleast 3 times where I use Stone axe kleavor and stones are not laid. Makes kleavor a bit useless for pvp and changes battle dynamic.

Hello there @Ericleaf This is not a bug. The reason why Stealth Rocks were not set after the use of Stone Axe is because of recoil damage from the Iron Barbs ability, which caused your Kleavor to faint before the moves secondary effect could activate. This mechanic exists in the main series games and works as intended here in PRO.
