In order to spend the coins, you must first use this item which contains 100 coins. Once the item is used, these 100 coins will be added to your Coin Shop balance and the purchase of your desired mount will be successful. I hope this helps. I look forward to your reply. If it still doesn’t appear, I’d recommend contacting the game’s support team with your purchase details — they should be able to help you get it.
