Stuck in Murky Town - Missing Halloween Candies

Hello,
I’m currently stuck in the Halloween event quest in Murky Town.
I used almost all of my Halloween Candies (red) before reaching the Fairy Grande NPC, and now I only have one left.
I can’t progress through the Unison Mountain gate.
Could you please help me reset or restore my candies so I can continue the quest?
My in-game name is: Duytthba.

Im sorry you're having trouble with the event island quest.

 

For the Halloween Candies, you receive 3 different types in Murky Town - Halloween Candy (10pcs) , Red Halloween Candy (3pcs), and Orange Halloween Candy (3pcs). 

 

You should be able to receive a total of 16 Candies from all the NPCs in Murky Town. I would recommend you double check all NPCs in Murky Town (some require fighting). 

Please let me know if you are able to find the additional candies.

Hi, after trying to double check and interact with every NPC, I can not receive any Halloween candy. Thanks for respond and please help me to fix the issues. Thank you very much

Just to confirm, all NPCs including the ones in every building, like the PC?

Hi @Duytthba,

 

On our end, it shows that the 2 NPCs that would block you are now gone (Fairy Grande on Angel Hill and Werewolf Goku in Howling Woods). Can you please confirm that you have access to Serenia Village and Dreadtown?
