I want to ask this is the shape of heatran 500 pvp coin after turning into victorious, so what about prestige heatran 2500 pvp coin? can they sparkle or change color?

Apologies for the delay in responding to your question. 

 

As of now, the Victorious Chromas can not be applied to prestige mounts. This means that if you were to purchase the prestige Heatran mount, its appearance would remain as a shiny Heatran.
