I've already collected all the pokeballs, and I'm still stuck on the quest, I redid it and did everything again watching the video and it's still stuck on the quest.

I saw you were struggling to clear Ghoul Swamp in game the other day. Were you able to find the final spirit?

 

Here's a map of all locations you can encounter a spirit. Please note, the red circle (without a white outline) in the bottom right is hidden, so make sure to use your interaction button (space bar on PCs) against the trees here.
