BCC dialogue bug

I think there is a scripting bug here. BCC should end here unless we interact with NPC again to see the cooldown but it automatically interacts and shows next 2 dialogues.

I am a little confused. Is the issue that the NPC gives you the cooldown time immediately after the message "He hope to see you again!", without having to interact a 2nd time?
