Okay thank you ! the little pokéball threw me off tbh, thank you ! 

Got it! If you wonder why Mewtwo and others big legends have the pokeball icon it's because they are miniboss, you are not able to catch them but you will get data.

Hello there @Tazingoat To start the Mew Quest, you require all seen data for Kanto except for Mew and Johto Champion. According to our system, you have met these requirements.

 

The Pokeball icon in the Pokedex shows caught data. As @Mysticwind correctly stated, some caught data for certain Legendary Pokemon can be obtained here in PRO, without actually catching the Pokemon. An example of this would be how you have the caught data for Mewtwo, although currently, it can't be caught.
