Minha Quest da Gresselia está bugada, já vi vários vídeos não sei mais ou menos em que parte está bugado, mas não estou conseguindo completar se estiver algum jeito de reiniciar minha Quest seria bom, na minha conta Thiagofirebr

The Cresselia quest requires you to have all of the non-legendary Sinnoh Pokemons caught data, which you would appear not to have. 

You can check more information regarding this quest in the according Wiki page

Terminei agora de fazer a missão do azelf fiz tudo certo assistindo vídeo da Quest e na hora de conversar com a Dawn ela não dá a opção de eu escolher qual lendário eu quero o que será ? 

Azelf is not involved at all in the Cresselia quest. Are you sure you didn't mix up the Cresselia quest with the Lake Trio quest?

Regarding the quests, both still need the entire non-legendary Sinnoh Pokemons caught data, and you appear to miss this data for Porygon-Z. Considering you might be after the Lake Trio quest (where Dawn will indeed give you the choice between the 3 Legendary Pokemons), this event will not trigger until you have caught this Pokemon.

Can you please confirm me which quest you're trying to complete, and go through the last step you tried after getting the caught data you're missing?

É isso mesmo eu estou faltando só a evo do porygon z aliás já tenho ele vou evoluir agora e completar as Quest.
