Where can I find Reversal and Gunkshot TM for Sneasler

It is said in Pro wiki that Sneasler learns Gunk shot and Reversal thru TM. but I can't find the tm anywhere.

Anyone know where I can get them or any tm tutors anywhere?

 

I found the Move tutor for Gunk shot at petalburg woods but the tutor says it can't learn it.

Hello there @Redflipvalor I'm afraid that there is currently no way to teach these moves to Sneasler. Gunk Shot and Reversal became TMs for the first time in Generation 9 of the main series Pokemon games. PRO is in process of shifting towards Gen 9 mechanics and with this, new TMs like Trailblaze and Ice Spinner have been introduced to the game via PvP Chests. Until the TMs for Gunk Shot and Reversal are added to the game, your only option would be to use other moves for now.

If I may, I'd like to ask something related :

Sneasler cannot learn Acrobatics via the TM tutor in Fortree atm.

Following what you're said, since Acrobatics was a TM since gen5, why is Sneasler unable to learn it ?
