I cant catch diancie because when i click on it it says that I can't catch any more pokemon. My pc is definitely not full and I had space in my party too. Does this have anything to do with new pc system? Looking forward to replies. Thank you.

Update: I released a ton of pokemon and retried and it let me catch it this time but my pc was never fully full. Just FYI. Can close. Thank you 

I'm glad to hear the issue is now resolved and you were able to catch Diancie. This issue is currently being investigated and will be addressed in a future update.
