Incineroar and araquanid is a old gen pokemon, why these two not release yet? is there any spesific reason?

Hello there @Clickicebeam In short, no; there is no specific reason why Incineroar and Araquanid have not been introduced into PRO yet. New Pokemon, like Sneasler, Clodsire and the recently announced; Corviknight are being added to the game, along with the introduction of Generation 9 mechanics. It is simply luck of the draw in regards to which new Pokemon are added and when.
