Question about number of accounts

Hey how is it going.

I've just come back to the game and am thinking about creating another account to enjoy the story again.

 

Any way to find out if I am eligible? I think I heard you are allowed 4 accounts per person but how do you guys keep track? I've been playing on just this account for the last 5 years, so can you check if I can create more accounts?

 

+ any actions I should be aware of? I am allowed to transfer money and pokemon betwen my accounts right?
