Lake Trio Quest

Hello just started the Lake trio quest, have found the adamant orb and dread plate.

 

Now for the lustrous orb it's spawned in this room in the attached photo in the wayward cave.

 

How can i access this room?

You can access this cave entrance from Route 206, under the bike route secret entrance where I draw a circle.
