About rare candies

Featured Replies

hello,
i had 500+ rare candies already in my acc. (i wasnt sure that i had it on this acc since i usually stock items on my alt acc) so i bought 600 candies off trade chat.
and currently my rare candies are limited to 999 which means i lost around 120 rcs.
(i have removed 300 rare candies from my main "suzu1" to my alt to create space for candies if its restorable)
is there anything that can be done for this please let me know.

Hello there @Suzu1 I'm afraid to inform you that the excess Rare Candies which you are referring to are lost forever, unfortunately. It is common knowledge that the limit of items in the Backpack is 999. Therefore, it is the responsibilty of the player to ensure that before any trade for an item occurs, they are aware of how many of each item they have in their Backpack, to ensure the 999 limit is not exceeded.

I know this isn't the response you was hoping for and I am truly sorry that there is nothing that can be done. I would advise you to be more wary in future before making such purchases. I'll lock this topic now. Take care.
