REFILL MY RARE CANDY STOCK

Hi mod, I am losing my rare candy because of the limit of storage for each item is 999 (i think for all?)


Today I buy 300 rc with 1m6 from Grabx, but i don't know the limit of each item is 999, so with my own in by box (859 rc), it will exceed the limit and i loose them.
Fortunately, i have captured total rare candy before I trade with him, And btw he was confirmed our trade as these pictures below:



Now my total  rare candy is 998 because i tried to use in my poke to test it, but the exceed is loose.
Now i hold 500 rare candy into my alt account to have the stock for it, can u help me fill my rare candy that i lost? (160 rare candy)

Hello there @Hbkk2 I'm afraid to inform you that the excess Rare Candies which you are referring to are lost forever, unfortunately. It is common knowledge that the limit of items in the Backpack is 999. Therefore, it is the responsibilty of the player to ensure that before any trade for an item occurs, they are aware of how many of each item they have in their Backpack, to ensure the 999 limit is not exceeded.

 

I know this isn't the response you was hoping for and I am truly sorry that there is nothing that can be done. I would advise you to be more wary in future before making such purchases. I'll lock this topic now. Take care.
