Go to the guild building in Saffron City and talk to the logo maker. You have to be guild leader to edit the logo.

When talking to him he will give you the option to paint your guild logo.

i found a man in saffron city to draw pixel logos...but see around some pretty nice and defiined guild logo...how to do it?
