I went to the mover relearner, because I taught I maybe missed it but, no. I cant find a reason why I did not learn it.. please help! PRO recently shifted to Gen 9 mechanics, and with that came a change to many Pokemon's movesets. Growlithe now learns Flare Blitz at Level 56. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
