I lost a battle while i was fighting with dewott in the coballion quest and when i respawn it appears the evolving scene but i cant move my character because that sign . And an extra question, if you kill keldeo it would respawn again?

It will be issued if you fulfill the conditions, but not if you don't.

Hey there @Alexpyd

Apologies for the really delayed response. If you accidentally defeat Keldeo, it will be in its exact same location and you won't have any issues refighting it. Simply wait around an hour after defeating it and come back.

Could you try and provide a screenshot or video on your issue on the Cobalion Quest?
