Hello, I would like to request assistance in resolving the loss of the Charmander Christmas edition on the Gold server. I've been searching for it for over seven days due to Android client issues that occurred on December 25th at 10:58 PM European time. I've attached a screenshot I took in the excitement of the moment. Afterward, the game started taking me back to the lobby; I'd enter, and then after a few seconds, it would take me back again. I would be very grateful if you could resolve this issue, as it seems to have been caused by a client or server malfunction.

Please excuse my ignorance and for not posting this the same day, as I was very sick in bed and only notified a developer via Discord a few hours later when the problem occurred. Since I was quite ill, I wasn't as quick to file the complaint as I should have been.

Hello there @Rubzk I'm afraid to inform you that your request will be denied. We do not recover Pokemon lost to crashes. I am truly sorry for the loss but I'm afraid that nothing can be done.

 

On a more positive note, it was recently announced that players will be compensated for the recent server instability. Keep an eye on the announcements section of the official PRO Discord server for updates regarding the compensation.

 

Since there is no futher action that can be taken, I'll be locking this topic now. Once again, my apologies for the loss. Take care.
