Hi, i fought Red more than 2 weeks ago and i've lost (i'm 100% sure it's been 2 weeks ago, at least).

Since that time i'm not able to fight him another time: he doesn't appear in Mt Silver summit

 

I fought him in the period Red npc and trainers valley acces had many issues so it may be related.

 

I don't have the other conditions to go to trainers valley atm so i can't confirm that we don't need to beat Red to go, but just fight him whatever the result..

 

This has been done on my second account (Charmandelaa)
