Isn’t the 15-minute rule applied to all auctions? It’s stated in the GENERAL AUCTION RULES | for sellers.

I didn't know that, so the 15-minute rule applies to everyone; there's no need to write it in separately or anything. I've now sold it because I didn't want the hassle.
