Nothing I have not yet been able to play the game.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Uninstalled abs then reinstalled the client. Cleared client cache and force stopped the client app.

Hello,

 

I recently discovered PRO and would love to play as I am a big Pokemon fan. However, since installing the android game client, I have not been able to get into the game.

 

The client always force closes at the same spot while loading. It gets about 80% done loading, where the loading screen says "Loading Hats, Hats, Did I say Hats?" Then it stays there for a minute or two and then the client app crashes.

 

I own a T-mobile issue Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with stock Android 5.1.1 OS.

 

Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you!

Please read through Marcy's Guide. The guide is very thorough, and you should be able to find everything you need to know in order to play PRO on an Android device.
