What have you done before the problem was there?

I just leveling my Pokemon and selling a few things I could using Dig

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to call and could not. Open the game and did not work

First I would like to apologize for my English, I am Brazilian and use the translator. I like the game you enough, so I spent enough time in the game these last few days. So this morning, approximately about 5 minutes ago, I opened the game, was looking to increase the level of my Pokemon to battle the Elite Four when I received a notice that I was banned from the blue server. I wish I could play again, because I'm really enjoying the game and did not do anything to deserve this punishment.
