What have you done before the problem was there?

I was trying to capture snorlax in route 12. I had just threw my first megaball.

Hi,

I write here regarding a bad crash oh RED server that occurred while I was fighting against Snorlax, route 12.

I was trying to capture it, lowered his hp, paralyzed him and just threw my first or second megaball when the game stopped to respond me. I just couldn't do anything. It last for minutes so I tried to log out and when I logged in again I was in Lavander Town Pokemon Center. When I reach the route 12 bridge again Snorlax wasn't there anymore.

Any help?

I have a screen of the game interface when it started to not respond me, if you need.

Unfortunately , staffs cannot do anything to help you , lost stuff due to a rollback/crash cannot be returned , however keep in mind , game still in live beta that means crashs/bugs/rollback expected at anytime , you can find wild snorlaxes on route 12 at grass tho :) i hope you find a good epic snorlax and im sorry again about your lost snorlax , take care :)

Unfortunately we cannot reset the sleeping snorlax for you because in a rollback, unsaved data is lost. Here is some information regarding rollbacks https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=24257 just so you are more aware of how to avoid this issue again. Very sorry for your loss.

To add onto the above, look on the bright side; maybe your next encounter will be even better in stats/nature and/or shiny :y: .
