I have an Account with username oegutech and I want to start new, because I love the Kanto Story and I want to start with another Starter. My Intention is not to become a starter with bether IV's, I just love to play this game and It would be great if we could make an exception.

Hello there @Oegutech I'm afraid account resets are not something we offer, however there are still options for replaying Kanto story if you wish. Your first option would be to start again on the opposite server using your current account. Another option would be to create a secondary account; players are allowed up to four accounts.
