Dear All,

For everyone's clarity.

Auction states:

  1. Duration: 48 hours
  2. First valid bid: 1st March 2026 - 7:23 PM (GMT+8)
  3. Host-stated end: 3rd March 2026 - 6:50 PM (GMT+8)
  4. 1st March 7:23 PM + 48 hours = 3rd March 7:23 PM but since the Auction Host set End: 3rd March 6:50 PM, this is 33 minutes earlier than the true 48-hour mark.

However, kindly note Auction Rule 8:

Quote

8. End point must be clearly stated before the auction has started. This cannot be changed once the auction has begun.

Since the host clearly stated the Ends: March 3, 6:50 PM (GMT+8) before bidding.

  • It was not changed after bidding began.
  • The stated endpoint (6:50 PM) remains the valid binding endpoint.
  • Even though it is slightly shorter than 48 hours.

Auction Ending:

  1. The explicitly stated end time (6:50 PM) and The "48 hours" is descriptive, but the exact timestamp controls the auction.
  2. This means all extension calculations should still start from 6:50 PM.
  3. Any bid between 6:35 PM - 6:50 PM triggers a 15-min extension.
  4. Each subsequent late bid resets the 15-min timer from that bid’s exact minute.
  5. Endpoint-minute bids (e.g., 7:07 PM) are valid.
  6. Auction only ends when the last bid (2M at 7:24 PM) is held for full 15 minutes = 7:39 PM / Insta.
  7. As per Auction Rule 9:
Quote

9. End point is final and must be honoured.

- In-game: End points cannot be extended for any reason, and must be accurate to the second that the auction is set to end. It is recommended to use timestamps to manage your auction correctly.

e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00:00, bids are valid until 14:59:59 and no later.

- Forum: If a bid is received in the final 15 minutes of the auction, the end point will be delayed by 15 minutes from that bid, and will be delayed by 15 minutes for each new bid thereafter, until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes. Must be accurate to the minute that the auction is set to end.

e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00, it will end at 15:00:00. If a late bid is received in the final 15 minutes, at 14:46, the auction will end at 15:01. If another user bids at 15:00, the auction will be extended again, and will end at 15:15, this will be repeated until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes.

Yes, the final winner is still by Kayujintan at 2m with final bid / insta 2m.

I hope this clarifies any doubts.

Thank you for your service, and I respect your position.

However, I would like to raise two points.

First, there is a discrepancy between the time shown in the screenshot and the time stated by the staff. I am curious as to why there is a difference of several minutes.

Second, regarding the auction extension time: according to the rules, the 15-minute extension rule in the forum refers to within 15 minutes. Since I placed my bid at 6:52, the closing time should be 7:07. In other words, I understand that any offer made until 7:06 should be considered valid.

I would appreciate it if you could provide a clear explanation regarding these points.
