Pokemon image disappearing error

Hello administrators, I'm very sorry to bother you, but I have a small problem with my Pokémon. I have a Ralts Pokémon in Halloween form (I bought it previously), and I then trained it and evolved it into Gardevoir Halloween. Everything was normal until one day my Gardevoir Halloween Pokémon malfunctioned (lost its image) as shown below. I am providing the Pokémon's ID: 54807757 in the hope that you can help me fix this error and restore my Pokémon's Halloween form. Thank you very much. I look forward to your response soon.

I'm sorry to see you've encountered this odd bug. 

 

Please do me the favor of downloading the latest client and try logging in on a fresh install. Please let me know if this issue persists.

I've reinstalled the latest version of the game, but the error persists. If you have time, could you please help me fix it? Thank you! However, if you're too busy, that's okay too, as the error doesn't significantly affect my gameplay. Thank you very much. @Adiuvo

Sorry to hear that the problem persists after the latest client.
